This is a simple tutorial showing you how you will be able to speed up your windows computers boot time. I will be using windows XP in this tutorial but this should work all the same for windows vista as well as windows 7.
First thing you do; go to your desktop
Then click start at the bottom left (or just press your windows button on your keyboard)
Click run, type in msconfig and then click "ok"
once your in the system configuration utility go to the start up tab
This is a list of all the programs that start when windows starts up. you can check or uncheck any of the programs or simply click "disable all" in order to achieve fastest boot times
Once you have selected which programs you wish to have start when windows starts simply click "apply", and then click "ok"
You will be prompted to restart your computer after clicking "ok" I suggest you restart then rather then waiting. (plus you won't have to wait as long for your computer to start up XD)
